Description

At the Pépinières DESMARTIS site in Bergerac, we built a photovoltaic greenhouse for the developer REDEN SOLAR, out of our SOLAR VENLO LAMINES range.

his new structure, with an area of nearly 31,000 m² and a ridge height of 4.8 meters, replaces several small plastic tunnels previously used for growing various nursery plants.

Characteristics of this project:

  • Adaptation to the terrain without excavation, to preserve existing irrigation systems and drainage ditches on the site, using custom-made posts.
  • Structural design accounting for a cultivation load of 15 kg/m², suitable for the use of irrigation robots.
  • Use of a laminated module, with approval (ETN) for our SOLAR VENLO LAMINES integration system.
  • 5-meter-wide bays to allow easy passage for machines and robots used in cultivation.
  • Side ventilation with rolling mechanism over 2 meters in height around the entire perimeter, providing easy access and air circulation.

This project demonstrates our expertise in designing and building photovoltaic greenhouses tailored to our clients' specific requirements. With this photovoltaic greenhouse, we were able to meet the technical challenges of the site while providing a durable and functional solution.

We are proud to have supported REDEN SOLAR in this initiative, which combines innovation with respect for agricultural constraints.
