Everything starts with calculation
The process begins at the calculation stage, where we already carry out a preliminary study of structural stability.
In doing so, we take into account:
- Specific wind and snow loads for your exact location
- The correct consequence class for your type of building
- A return period of 25 years
- Load combinations in accordance with European and applicable local standards
This approach allows us, on the one hand, to clearly determine the exact structural requirements, and on the other hand, to identify possible optimisations within the available design freedoms. We translate this into clear top, side and cross-section drawings, which are described in detail in a comprehensive quotation.
Designing to the strictest standards
During the concept and engineering phase, nothing is left to chance. We develop the structure in 3D, including all technical installations.
At Climafor, we also carry out a detailed structural stability calculation for every project. This calculation is shared transparently with your engineering office or architect, giving you full confidence in a structure that is solid and reliable in every respect.
Excellence in steel fabrication
Climafor manufactures the steel structure and the required aluminium profiles in-house. This approach allows us to remain flexible while maintaining full control over the final result. Our welders hold the necessary certifications to weld in execution class 3 (CC3) in accordance with EN 1090-2:2018 + A1:2024.
In addition, we are proficient in welding procedures in line with EN ISO 4063, in compliance with, among others, the EN 10025 series, EN 10210-1 and EN 10219-1 standards. In short, with us you can build with complete peace of mind.
Safety and quality on site
Safety at Climafor is embedded in daily practice, not just documented on paper. Our assembly teams work strictly in accordance with applicable protocols and are equipped with high-quality PPE (such as helmets and high-visibility vests). Through continuous investment in VCA-certified training and education, our team is highly skilled in identifying risks associated with working at height. In this way, we ensure a safe working environment for our craftsmen as well as on your site.
All components are labelled and grouped, ensuring that everything is assembled completely and in line with best practice. As the entire structure is prefabricated as one large 3D puzzle, we know exactly what is needed at each stage of the installation. This results in a smooth assembly process with minimal disruption on site.
